How long does it take to get a QPay POS?
It takes just 48 hours after you have been deemed eligible to get our POS for your POS machine to be shipped out to you. However, it may spend more time in transit getting to you depending on your location in Nigeria.
After paying my daily repayment term is the POS 100% mine?
After you pay your daily installment fee for the specified period of time, depending on which POS you have, you are then the full owner of your POS machine, and can do with it whatever you wish.
Can I buy QPay POS outright?
Yes, you can make an outright purchase of the POS if you would prefer that, and the POS becomes 100% yours.
Do you serve outside Lagos?
Yes, we do serve users and merchants outside Lagos, however, we are currently focused on Lagos and its environs, and you must get to certain eligibility standards to get our POS machines outside Lagos.
